Application process and my experience

  1. Essay submission and Resume selection — We were asked to submit an essay describing why we are a better fit for this program than other candidates. We were also asked to submit our resumes.
  2. Coding and aptitude online contest round— This round comprises 3 coding questions ranging from medium to hard level difficulty and aptitude MCQ questions as well.
  3. Personal interview round — This round was designed to evaluate you in areas such as problem-solving and critical thinking, collaboration and cooperation, adaptability, etc. It was similar to an HR round.
  4. Technical interview round — Finally, this was the last round. It was a code pairing round. It comprises questions related to DSA(medium to hard difficulty) and computer fundamentals.
